​We offer group classes every week, Monday-Saturday. Join us for Mat Pilates, Pilates Barre, Buti Yoga & Belly Dancing!

Private and Semi-Private Pilates sessions are also available on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac-Trapeze Table and Combo Chair.

Mat Pilates - All Levels: Develop low back/hip stability to train your CORE. Get results such as back pain relief & flexibility 
Please note that Tina's Thursday 9am class is a separate fee, make payments directly to Tina.

55 Minutes, Instructors: Shannan, Tina, Leslie, Jackie & Laurel


Beginner Barre Pilates: This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Learn ultimate focus and core control while we simplify and slow down the moves from the Intermediate version of this class.
55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan and Jackie


Intermediate Barre Pilates*: This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Carve out a dancer's body with this high-energy workout!  
​* Please gain some experience with Mat Pilates & Beginner Barre before attending this class

Aerial Pilates OCT-JUNE: The Yoga hammock creates natural, bodyweight traction for a dynamic workout from which you will gain deep core strength. Nothing compares to inverted, gravity resistance training! $20
75 Minute Workshop offered twice monthly, sign ups required, Instructor: Shannan

Core Boarding JUNE-SEPT: Pilates meets the SUP for water-fitness fun. Core exercises, Pilates and body weight exercises performed on the board. Get back to nature while squeezing in a workout! Bring your own board, call for details. $20
