Arrive on Time
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be given away and a class charge applied.
What to bring
Please bring sticky socks, a towel if you need one and water.
What to Wear
Form-fitting clothes
No sharp accessories
No long necklaces or earrings on reformers
Socks with grip are required (sticky socks)
Hygiene
Please wear hair tied up and refrain from strong scents. Wipe all equipment off after use.
Cell Phone
Please silence your phone while in our studio.
Cancelation and Refund Policies
All cancellations must be done through Fitli
LATE CANCEL
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for that session. You will not be able to cancel scheduled classes on Fitli after the 24 hour mark.
For Unlimited Contracts, you will be charged $10 per late cancellation.

Functional Strength Training - INT/ADV: Functional strength training is a type of exercise that focuses on movements and exercises that mimic real-life activities. It aims to improve overall strength, mobility, and coordination for everyday tasks.
55 Minutes, Instructor: Chris
Barre Pilates: This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Learn ultimate focus and core control. This is an advanced class! Please attend Mat Pilates regularly for a minimum of 6-8 sessions before attending.
55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan
Group Reformer: Group class on equipment, this class requires experience with Mat Pilates first. Class is limited to 6 people, sign-ups and pre-payment are required!
55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan & Becca
Core Boarding JUNE-AUG: Pilates meets the SUP for water-fitness fun. Core exercises, Pilates and body weight exercises performed on the board. Get back to nature while squeezing in a workout! Bring your own board, call for details. $25
