Mat Pilates - All Levels: Develop low back/hip stability to train your CORE. Get results such as back pain relief & flexibility.
55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan


Barre Pilates*: This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Learn ultimate focus and core control; good for all levels. If you have no Pilates experience it is recommended that you take 2-3 Mat Pilates classes first.
55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan


Core Boarding JUNE-SEPT: Pilates meets the SUP for water-fitness fun. Core exercises, Pilates and body weight exercises performed on the board. Get back to nature while squeezing in a workout! Bring your own board, call for details. $20
60 Minutes,
