*shoes are not to be worn in the main space, remove shoes at the benches and put all personal items in cubbies
*socks are to be worn - I highly recommend grip socks for all classes
*please no drinks or food of any kind in the studio - bottled water can be kept in the cubbies
*arrive on time for class and please bring your own yoga blanket
* please sign in ahead of time for classes to reserve your spot! Max capacity is 12-14 students and we fill up quickly!

55 Minutes, Instructor: Shannan
Barre Pilates*: This class incorporates Mat Pilates, Barre exercises, body weight & light dumbbells for total body training. Learn ultimate focus and core control; good for all levels. This is an advanced class! Please attend Mat Pilates regularly before attending.

Group Reformer: Group class on equipment, this class requires experience with Mat Pilates first. Since class is limited in size, sign-ups and pre-payment are required!

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

Core Boarding JUNE-SEPT: Pilates meets the SUP for water-fitness fun. Core exercises, Pilates and body weight exercises performed on the board. Get back to nature while squeezing in a workout! Bring your own board, call for details. $20
